PEPPERMINT MOCHA

Start to Finish: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of strongly brewed coffee made from clean coffee beans (I like Kion or Bulletproof)

  • 1/4 cup full-fat canned coconut milk (BPA-free)

  • 1/2-1 Tbsp. unsweetened cacao powder

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides

  • 1/2 Tbsp. Bulletproof Brain Octane or MCT Oil

  • 1/2 Tbsp. grass-fed butter or Grass-Fed Ghee

  • 1-2 drops of food-grade peppermint essential oil

  • Optional: 4-6 drops of liquid stevia or 2-3 tsp. of granulated erythritol

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Brew coffee as normal.

  2. Add all ingredients, saving the collagen for last.

  3. Pour the mixture into a high-powered blender and blitz until frothy and creamy.

  4. Pour into a large mug and enjoy!
